In 1985, the late Pastor Benjamin F. Van Zandt, Pastor Lee Van Zandt and family moved from Neosho, Missouri to Easton, Maryland.  After moving here, Pastor Lee Van Zandt encountered women, as well as men, who were suffering with many hurts from a multitude of sources.  During her time with the Lord she asked him "what could she do to help?" As God moved upon her heart she felt the Lord say to her, "Provide a platform where men and women could come to fellowship, be educated, and delivered on the inside."  Through this ministry we have been able to help many people to become Victorious in their lives.  It is the goal of the ministry to prepare men and women for the end-time.  To also help them get through past hurts and live victorious in this world.  To know and receive the love of God and grasp God's love in full, his mercy, his grace as well as his healing power.  Because of the success of the Victory Over Wounds Ministry in the United States, she was able to organize the Victory Over Wounds Women's Conference in Brazil in March 1990.  We have an annual conference every year that provides classes and sessions geared towards helping people deal with and overcome inner hurts, spiritual, emotional and mental.
